1. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in handcrafted, personalized, and custom-designed items — including screen-printed and embroidered apparel, gifts, and more — perfect for events, businesses, teams, and special occasions.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

  • Non-custom items: 3–5 business days

  • Personalized/custom items: 5–10 business days

  • Screen printing & embroidery: Up to 2 weeks after final design approval
    We’ll notify you when your design is approved and production begins.


3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission, especially for personalized or bulk orders. Please double-check your details before checkout.


4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

  • Custom and personalized items (including embroidery/screen printing) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.


5. What happens if I make a mistake in the customization (e.g., name spelling)?

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Please carefully review all details before submitting your order.


6. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Expedited options available at checkout


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


8. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.


9. What if my package is lost or delayed?

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once your package leaves our facility. Contact the carrier with your tracking number. We're happy to assist with claims if needed.


10. Can I request a fully custom design?

Absolutely! Send your request to azaleadc22@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible and we’ll get back to you with a quote or mock-up.


11. How should I care for my items?

  • Wash printed/embroidered apparel inside out, cold water

  • Do not bleach

  • Tumble dry low or air dry

  • Do not iron over designs

13. Do you offer bulk ordering?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for events, businesses, teams, schools, and organizations.
