At Azalea’s Design and Creations LLC, we take pride in every custom piece we create. Due to the nature of our products, please read our policy carefully:

Final Sale on Custom Items

• All custom and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or

  • There was an error on our part (wrong name, color, or design)

Reporting Issues

• You must notify us within 5 days of delivery at azaleadc22@gmail.com with photos and order details if your item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Not Granted For:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Typos or incorrect information provided during ordering

• Color or material variations due to display settings
